Do you work with the software we already own?

Yes — that's the default. Your licences, your model of record, your file formats. We only build custom workflow software when you ask for it, and when we do, you get the source and documentation at handover.

What does the free estimate actually include?

A scoped cost estimate based on your requirements — system size, studies requested, timeline, and tooling. No discovery fee, no commitment. If you already have a competing quote, bring it: we match your lowest consulting rate and go lower.

Do you serve water and gas utilities, or just electric?

All three. Distribution planning work is electric-specific, but arc flash, short-circuit, and protection coordination studies apply to the switchgear at pump stations, treatment plants, compressor stations, and terminals — and we deliver them there too.

Can you train our engineers instead of doing the work for us?

Yes, and we'd encourage it. We train your team on your real system — not a demo dataset — and stay on call for review while they execute the first cycle. The goal is capability that stays after the invoice clears.

Our GIS and asset data is a mess. Is that a problem?

It's the most common starting point, which is why data cleaning is the first item on our services list. No study is better than the data under it, so most engagements begin there.
